| Does anyone know of a particularly good online shop for buying retro or classic trainers? In particular I'm looking for a pair of Puma 5000m. I've been browsing for ages and still haven't found anything decent. |

Yeah that's a good site. No one selling the Pumas I was looking for though. -
I bought David Prowse off ebay, if that helps. -

Registered 18 years agoTo be honest: there was a club night here in Amsterdam that was called 'The insecurity of not wearing Nike.' Now that's something I can relate to. I mean, why would you want to wear Puma's when you have Nike Air Max 1's and 90's & Air Jordan V's.... .gif)
Can't recall anybody wearing Puma in Do the Right Thing! It's all about the Jordan's baby! -
Jordans are too big and 'clunky'. I like light old school running shoes. I do have a pair of Air Buins from Nike ID but the majority of my stuff is Puma. Bought two pairs of them today actually. \o/ -

I want to buy some trainers but I hate clothes shopping with a passion and somehow always fail to come home with anything I'm happy with, especially where trainers are concerned.
Therefore, can EG recommend me some good tried and tested sites for buying trainers online please. -

Registered 16 years agoHad a good experience with an ebay seller based in the US recently. 200k+ positive feedback and they delivered in 2 days from the US. Very cheap too.
it was the only place I could find a selection of size 13 that didnt look like orthopedic shoes.

Registered 20 years agoHello peeps - it's a bit of a long shot, but I was hoping that somebody would be able to help me out with a very interesting (ahem) shoe problem.
My Converse are beyond battered, so I need to buy a new pair - the only problem being that the type I want are only available in the US.
I'm a UK size 12 - can anyone tell me what that works out to in US Converse trainers? Online size converters are telling me that I'd need a 12.5 - but I have a feeling that Converse are slightly 'out' when it comes to sizing. -
