A friend wants to transfer his old mobile number to another phone. He knows about the 30 day expiry on PAC codes but is having trouble getting O2 to accept the number. They say that because he's had his new phone with them for more than three months they can't change the number. Is this correct? What is the difference with changing a number now or in 12 months time? He'll still have the account, he just wants his old number on it. Thanks |
