Ince has done a good job this season, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him given a shot.

I have a feeling though that Shearer might consider heading back to Soton and cutting his managerial teeth at the Saints...

Bet Robson's unhappy about it. But then, how could you tell?

Like the pic they used on the bbc for the story. He always looks glum.
When I saw him in pre-season he was hunched over and standing away from the rest of the staff. Looks like a forlorn figure that just can't connect with another club...

Stoke are complete garbage. The complete antithesis of Arsenal. Long ball thuggery instead of the beautiful game. Probably appropriate for that city. If they go up, which looks likely given how rubbish the division is this season, they will be even worse than Derby.

We must savour the next few hours stoke fans.

Anti stoke comments wow its nice to actually be on the radar for the naysayers to take notice.

Chris Coleman has been appointed Cov boss, if anyone cares. I like him I do, mental mind you.

Good signing for Cov although I hear we turned him down over all the drink allegations when he left Spain.

Nigel Pearson for us yesterday was a bit out of the blue but much needed after the embarrassment that was Saturdays FA cup tie.

Ah yes, forgot that Pearson was appointed as well. South Today seemed a little bemused last night.

    Yeah more bemused than normal.

Worth the sky sub alone to be able to enjoy some Saints news on South today despite living in Hertfordshire. Even better it means I can avoid depressing BBC London news.

Heh, I'm the opposite, we often put BBC London on. It might be depressing, but at least it's news - not some healthcare/scare story!

Ocean FM's Sports Talk drives me potty too. Can't be arsed to buy a DAB to get XFM though

    It's Cardiff City D-Day today.

Day hasn't started well by the news that Jimmy Floyd's red card on Saturday won't be rescinded, a decision that is ludricuous in my opinion. I always find it odd that the FAW controls all things disciplinary for the Welsh clubs that play in England, and often seem more strict than their English counterparts.

Yeah, but he can play in the semi anyway can't he?

Yes, if City are still trading by then! But still a stupid decision, if anyone has seen the footage

Peter Ridsdale really is cursed isn't he.

Anyway this league is just getting crazy. Probably about 11 teams have a chance of getting relegated including us.

Great win for us against Bristol on Saturday. If we had been playing like that all season we might not be in the mess we are now.

Hehe, its shocking how close to relegation you are. What you get for poaching other clubs managers! ;)

wow never knew this thread existed. Was contemplating creating one, so much more interesting than the premiership.
