Well done Fulham, look forward to seeing that football in the prem.

Now just waiting to see John Terry don a Fulham shirt and get in on the celebrations...

He's going on a plane to Kiev now.

Both likeable teams, only reason I was supporting Fulham was the John Terry factor. Still, cunt can't pick and choose his games next season now so fuck off, wahey!

Fulham were the best side I saw at Bramall Lane this season, happy they’ve gone up. Sorry Villa fans, it’s a really shitty feeling.

Good second half. Spurs fan, but had my Fulham supporting uncle around to watch the match so made up him.

Signing sessegnon may be a bit harder now :|

Pleased for Fulham. Hopefully they’ll be able to hold on to their better players now.

Always a good away day there as well.

I like to think that this is all Terrys fault for jinxing the hell out of villa.

You too mate. Always liked the Villa. Just never thought we'd meet again in the Championship. Still, be good to get down Villa Park again.

Saw John Terry in a Portuguese airport last April - he got lots of preferential treatment and gave me a funny look. Fuck that guy.

Feel bad for Villa, had high hopes for them.

    Hopefully next year!

Fulham away is weird. It's absolutely lovely with some good venues around the ground on the river, but inside it's all a bit... 'nice'. Almost like they have to apologise for having football in their quaint little part of the world.

    Thuggery and stamping?

Villa had more than enough chances and failed, Fulham deserved it.

    @Mr_Sleep

No the slick short passing and attacking flair.

You're completely right that Fredericks should have been off, looked like he knew what he was doing with this stamp on Grealish. More bizzarre that it happened right in front of the dugout, what was the fourth official seeing?

You were the better team in the second and had good chances, unfortunately like you say got to make them count.

As someone who saw my team lose by the same scoreline in the League One playoffs last year, you have my sympathies, it is an awful feeling and a depressing journey home afterwards.

Rotherham 1 up, been one way traffic so not surprising. Beckles can't deal with Wood at corners.

Would like to see Shrewsbury turn it around but don't see it happening.

Of all the managers available Derby go for Lampard. I give him until Xmas before he's gone.

I'd rather take a risk on a Lampard than the absolute certainty of mediocrity with a McCarthy.

I know Cardiff just got promoted by playing it as safe as possible, but I'd take him over Colin, too.

Pretty happy about it, if reserved. I'm not one of these who thinks that players can't be a manager until they've been in the conference for 15 years to learn their trade. Pretty sure 20 of years playing, being coached and managed at the top end of world football is a decent apprenticeship.

My mate text me this morning saying Lampard has bought a house near him in West Hallam. He's a chelsea fan so I bet he's chuffed.

Surely it's too much of a risk to go for someone like Lampard? I'm no fan or either Warnock or McCarthy but there are plenty more managers that could get you promoted without sacrificing style.

We've had loads of them. Happy to take a risk.

Although if this leads to Terry trying to get another year out of his legs, I'll not be attending any games next season. Horrible cunt.

Moyes made it clear he wouldn't drop into the Championship when we approached him. I think it's a fair appointment, I'd be excited if I was a Derby fan. Got to be better than the same old tired names.

Yeah, Smith was top of my list, but I don't think he wants to leave Brentford yet.

Wilder has had a couple of good seasons but I'd be interested to see what he does this year.
