OK Norwich, Brentford and Bristol City on the ACCA.

Now that I have a tenner on it I expect all three will be thoroughly thrashed!

I've gone for a Yankee with Bristol C, Reading, Sheffield Wednesday and a draw in the Huddersfield game.

Unlucky, though that free kick was a beast, top right corner.

Zero points. But not bottom! Because Sheff Wed have... -4 points!

Should've had a couple of draws but getting punished repeatedly.

Oh, Derby getting that Arab money. The good ones from Abu Dhabi, not Saudi.

Apparently the local businessman model isnít enough anymore, even with candy crush cash. Itís oil money or nothing these days.

Itís funny. I really would rather we werenít beholden to some Middle Eastern Shiekh but Mel Morris has complained about what an expensive pain in the arse it is to own us since the minute he took over, so it would be a blessed relief to not hear him moaning anymore.

I've always said Derby's problem was not spending enough money

We've had our problems, just like everyone else. After the 08 season became a pub quiz question, we were properly on our uppers. We are the reason the league won't let you create a business and shove all your debt onto it anymore and the reason why I was so mad about how we treated Nigel Clough.

We should have put up a statue of that guy, instead we gave him the shove the minute schteeve lifted his skirt.

I mean, most of that trouble was caused by spunking 3.5m , a club record, on Robert Earnshaw so youíre not wrong.

@nickthegun Have to disagree there, Earnshaw was Lionel Messi next to the abomination that was Claude Davis...

...couldn't agree more about Clough though, wish he was in charge of recruitment now

@DJCopa certainly is. They've certainly gone from one end of the scale to the other, having had Steve Evans in charge!

@Dougs it's felt like that since Mel Morris took over, and yet here we are....still, an owner with access to £150bn might be of useful

I would ordinarily be against oil money but I suppose in these uncertain times, deep pockets isnt a bad thing.

And, like I say, yeah, we get it, Mel. Owning a football club is an expensive pain in the arse. This isnt new information.
