Just had one of 'those' calls from them getting me to switch to them from O2 now that my contract is ending. I know nothing about mobiles, networks or tariffs but they offered me more stuff for less money so it seems like a decent deal. Anyone else use them? Any horror stories? |
Anyone on Network 3?

Registered 19 years agoThey were terrible right at the start, right down to their indian call centre. However, I was there from launch and whilst that was a bit of a mess, things have apparently improved.
You get cracking deals, they do have a limited range of phones, and the only real thing to look out for is signal strength in your area. Their network is good, but not as established as the other bigger companies, see.
Do what I did with T-mobile, take the phone on the condition that if you get poor signal strength at home or at work then you can take it back.
Don't bother with a "video" tarrif. You'll never use it.

I think I'm going to take this deal to O2 before I sign anything and see what'll they do to keep my custom...
