    @JamboWayOh

I'm a bit better now. I actually am having fish fingers, chips and beans for tea too.

I definitely made the right decision. Wellington from the top of Mt. Vic today:

    How's Andorra?

That looks bloomin lovely, also very happy for you on your dinner choice. Andorra is getting pretty cold now, ski season starts next month and a shit load of British tourists are due who regularly complain that no one serving them speaks English.

That looks bloody lovely too mate. Do they have skiing? Also make sure to pretend you don't speak English to all the tourist.

Yep, ski season starts next month and this small principality becomes swamped. The first pic is in Arinsal about 15 min bus ride from the capital Andorra La Vella where I live, Arinsal is one of the ski resorts, that and La Massana are popular. As a resident I get a substantial discount to access the resorts. The second pic is Andorra La Vella, you don't get much snow there unfortunately. The third pic is where folk have bbq's which is kind of ridiculous but was awesome when I found myself laying on the grass in the mid 20s sun eating some ribs. I think I made the right choice leaving England.

Nah, it was fun. I don't feel that bad either, TBH.

Oh, I hate those; you want to let rip, but you have to be ever so cautious and slowly send a little parp out to confirm it's status

Is booze expensive in New Zealand?

Yeah, a little bit more. You dont't get many drinks offers either. Very few places have door charges, though.

I would have had a pint by now except I seem to have lost my bank card. So I'm on way into town to withdraw cash from the bank itself.

    Woe is me.

I've worked out a twelve-step hangover cure though:

    1. Two ibuprofen
    2. Banana
    3. Coffee
    4. Water with Vitamin C tablet
    5. Water
    6. Handful of Rennie
    7. Get back into bed and watch all of 27 Dresses whilst genuinely fearing for your own life
    8. Small pipe of cannabis
    9. Lemon and lime Calippo
    10. Have a wank thinking of Katherine Heigl
    11. Hot shower
    12. Two Sudafed cold and flu pills

I've done these things and I feel roughly 20% better.
Most of this still stands, but I can't get lemon-lime Calippos in NZ, and 27 Dresses isn't on Netflix. I had to watch Crazy Rich Asians instead.

Oh man. Put away a bottle and a half of red, plus a couple of beers last night. God has been spoken to on the big white telephone and now I have the shakes. You'd think I'd learn.....

We had our fortnightly pub quiz last night. The genius running it last night set a scavenger hunt for the last round so I came down this morning and it looked like we had been burgled.

We had the in laws over. They left at 2.30am, unheard of. First time in the house with them at one end of the extended dining table and us at the other, with the door open. Other company was definitely needed by all I think, hence it got a bit messy.

Yeah it was a Fanta with ice and a cheese and onion toastie with added tobasco morning for me. Normally that helps the hangover, but not today.

Will try hair of the dog later to see if that works.

I had a kip, some cheese on toast and now feel much more human. Headache lingering but it'll go. I may steer clear of any booze tonight though
