To be honest I have not encountered many annoying folk on this game yet, a lot of people said they would arrive when the Halo3 beta ended, but it doesn't appear to be the case as of yet. I have however yet to fine a decent group of random folk on Forza 2....
I think that those kind of people don't know about this game and don't care. This game after all is about teamplay and that's not something they are interested in. -

Registered 13 years agoI encountered this odd thing. I was playing SR tonight and a mate of mine joined my party (through the demo) and suddenly I was playing the demo as well. Annoying to say the least as it cost me several of the harder achievements (killing the flag carrier within 10 meters of the extraction point and winning the game ie).
PS: People, before you start playing: be sure to set your party to open so EG people can join you. -

The reason people don't do this is that as soon as matchmaking gets slow, random yanks just start jumping into any party available from their "last played" list.
Which is a good way to avoid the matchmaking issues, but it rather stifles the conversation some when random strangers, probably screaming kids, can just waltz in at any moment and start dribbling at you.gif)
Ah right. I think we encountered that problem last night. Silly really, open should mean 'open to friends'. -

Registered 13 years agoI've never been spawn rushed and I've played every day since launch. You must just be unlucky, haha. My games have all lasted quite a while actually. So much so that I always keep a book to skim through next to me.
Brilliant game. One of the best multiplayer games I've ever played on an Xbox. -

Quoted for truth. I seriously don't get the reviews from the likes of gamespot. At least EG said that it was a great game but a bit expensive which I suppose is true. -
I just got this the other day and am really enjoying it - it has surprised me by how good it is.
