Registered 14 years agoI'm half-Italian and my grandad was from Naples, and even I think Neapolitan pizza is overrated.
It's a pizza. It's not brain rocket science. As long as you've got decent (Italian) tomatoes like-a da beautiful baby Roma, you're mostly there. -

The only time I've ever taken pictures of food was when I went to a two-star Michelin place because I wanted to remember the food because it cost so fucking much. -
