You are looking at the right page but I can't find it there either now.
Anyway, it's basically putting the bench day before the OHP day as you generally want your shoulders on point to bench heavier.
So, on a 4 day split it'd be:
Squat, bench, rest, deadlift, OHP, rest, rest.
or...
Bench, squat, rest, OHP, deads, rest, rest.
Depending on how you like to start your week.
But you can tailor it where you like really. I think Cody himself (GZCL on Reddit) ran a 5 day with squat, bench, deads, bench, squat, rest, rest and got all his shoulder work in T2s. There's a lot you can do with it, many programs he's created with the same theory, but he likes to give you all the info and then let you tweak based on your own needs.

Registered 11 years ago@The_Goon Corporate life really is the enemy of eating healthily and exercising.
Constant late evenings, too shattered to do anything, always eating carbs or dinners from some cantine. It is damn tough.
Try controlling nutrition as much as you can and maybe push yourself 30min in the morning and evening until you are out breath, no easy callisthenics and such. When you have little time to exercise then the time u do have u need to really train hard + monitor nutrition all the time. -

I realised that this time last year I was freezing watermelon instead of ice cream.
Started doing that again. Should make a dramatic difference and hydrate me more with the heat and lithium.
Plus it's fucking lush -

Registered 6 years ago@Gunzberg Cheers, mate. It's summer too so there's an event every other day it seems like. Depending on how late it is, I may try and squeeze in a bit of cardio tonight. -

Registered 6 years agoIt’s a nightmare trying to be disciplined. If there’s not cookies accompanying the coffee for meetings, it’s someone’s bday/return from holiday and there are treats galore. It’s a real pain in the arse. Add in the plethora of food places near work and it’s no wonder I’ve put on like 10kg in the last few years. -

Registered 13 years agoI can't tell you how much easier I find eating healthily vs forcing myself to eat. Eating when you're already full is really unpleasant, especially if you didn't have that much of an appetite to start with.
That said, I used to snack like you wouldn't believe. If I didn't do intermittent fasting, I probably still would. -

I find healthy foods make me feel good eating them. Which makes sense. All the other shit I put down to being addicted to high sugar and salt.
The heat has really impacted my appetite and I'm eating mainly salad and fruit with frozen watermelon as a treat. Upped the gym to 4 times a week and starting to feel less guilty and generally better.
Although today is a gym rest day which I am struggling with. Been keeping busy running around for my Dad and doing domestic shit as he is currently technically crippled. I think I'll end up being his carer......which I actually don't mind. It's kind of nice being needed and not thinking about my own shit. -

Registered 6 years ago3 workouts this week. Happy with that. Trying to do some crunches every day too because my core is weak but haven't been able to sustain it well. Apart from pigging out a bit early in the week, I've been pretty good re diet too. Now just need to work on my sleep... -

Registered 6 years agoTake the base off the pizza and eat the cheese and toppings - low carb!
I actually saw a vid on Facebook the other day that was a recipe for “low carb tacos!!” that involved moulding melted cheese into the taco shells (think Parmesan crisps). Got to reduce those carbs somehow! -
