Oh man there is a shop near me that sells awesome donuts. But they are probably about 600 calories each minimum, so i've only ever shared one with the mrs.

Registered 17 years agoFinal weigh-in for my “cut” this morning. 11 weeks and 4 days, with week 9 being a diet break, and I’m down 12.6kgs.
I ate cereal, pizzas, and drank alcohol and whey shakes (not together) so I obviously fucked it up.
Tomorrow I’m cracking into some Ben & Jerry’s and will be starting a reverse properly for a few months to focus on lifting performance and rebuild my calorie maintenance. -

Registered 6 years agoNew PB on my morning run (3.5 miles in 28.08). And it means I’ve not gone over 30 minutes in a fortnight now.
I think I’ve probably hit a bit of a ceiling for now. Might start adding distance since stamina is my biggest weakness. -

Registered 19 years agoI'm doing 800 cals a day in April. Apple Fitness wants me to walk 135 miles in April, which should cancel those out...
Trying to lose a stone that I put on after losing it in lockdown. Before getting properly into BBQ season. -

Registered 13 years agoI did an 'event' on zwift for the first time on tuesday night, and am still feeling it.
This weekend, I have one on sat which i think is reasonably hilly, then another on sunday.
I am going to die.
The odds on an easter resurrection for me are minimal.
It'll certainly make up for not being able to do the local 10k which would usually be around this weekend. -

I was racing against 1100 folk.
Smart trainer linked to ipad/phone/appletv or laptop to telly.
Grind away while catching folk or weeping at the insane wattages fit cyclists generate as they blast by you.

The smart trainers mean the resistance responds to what you see on screen. I talked about getting it for years, now i know i should have. I love it.
