But. We had serious issues for about 3 weeks, mid March to early April this year. No internet for upto ten hours, usually over the weekend. But often a daily problem.
Just put it down to lockdown, etc.
A complete pain as we both work from home, and were forced to talk to each other on the evenings...
Engineers came out of early April. Apparently, our volume was to low, about 4. It should be around 6. The engineers cranked it up to 11.
Happy days ever since.
Something to do with the main junction box. I booked the engineers online as, at the time, it was impossible to call anyone directly.
