There are changes afoot! Not sure what yet but the podcast should be back in the next couple of weeks. -

Although the EG podcast is a hit or miss affair, it's been rather weaksauce recently. -

Registered 14 years agoI guess, thinking of more constructive feedback than 'weaksauce', I guess for the past few months I can't help but get the impression it's been a case of 'well, we have to put something out'.
Which, come to think of it, may have more to do with the time of year.
Criticism retracted slightly. -

Not sure about realtime, but more of a Q&A feel between community and staff would be cool, giving more coverage to the stuff we're interested in hearing about (as long as it isn't endless debates about review scores, of course).
Any chance of a live podcast whereby we can ask questions in realtime (weapon change)? Something through twitch.tv for instance?
That said, my favourite podcast of recent times was the Planescape one. That was great.

Ven you totally need to do the Hotline Miami Spelunky style podcast. -
Eek, sorry, not sure what the latest plan is. It's up to Tom B but this is the busy period of reviews and what not so it could be a few more weeks. -
Whiskycast! -
Download the adam and joe back catalogue that's my go to when I run out of new ones -
Do a videocast of Ellie playing every Wii minigame collection back to back. -

Surely the best time to record a podcast is when the new games are out.

Someone needs to do some serious work in Microsoft Project stat. And then not follow through of course. -

Giantbombs bombcast. Only gaming podcast I listen too.
Anyone want to suggest me a good gaming podcast? I am getting desperate. Both the EG and Gameological are AWOL.
All suggestions are welcome! -

Yes. I stopped listening to it when I got fed up with listening to the opening 45 minutes of them discussing the pizza toppings they had the night before so they could take about games for 20 minutes before going off on another completely unrelated tangent.
Giant Bomb might be good, but 3 hour long podcasts???? That's too much. Is there a lot of stupid rambling? -

I like GiantBomb because they have personalities unlike most gaming websites. They also don't talk like pretentious cunts. -
One Life Left is pretty good. Some good chip tunes mixed in there too. I'd recommend Giant Bomb too. They're not always 3hrs+ if you're worried about a long run time.
