Shopto are currently giving away 2 copies of FIFA every day in a daily spot the ball competition - I've just won myself a copy today.

Not many people are entering and half of those that are don't seem to understand the premise as they think the ball location is completely random.

The "I had a bad experience so you probably all will" argument?

I'm also interested to hear his tale of woe. What we guessing? ordered something hoping it would be an xmas present, got lost in the post and is now pissed that you have to wait a bit before they send a replacement?

Well I'm hoping shopto are quicker but I work for a company that uses there own couriers/drivers and though it is rare I've seen it happen where a customer would get an empty box and if it's a high value item it's held up a day or two while they investigate how it happened and where it went wrong. If shopto are similar you mivht have a wait on your hands :-(

I'd be on your guard, sounds like Solid Snake might have infiltrated your house.

    @LionheartDJH haha :) I guess that is a possibility!

ShopTo have done something shady? Please say it isn't so.

99% certain they lost (cough) my card details a few years back to some organised crims.

I'm sure they're different now though.

I've always had good experiences with shopto. Always reliable with pre-orders.
Same here. Not a bad word to say about them from my experience.

Love shopto. Done me proud when delivering my PS4 on release day. Can't fault them myself.

Just remembered why I don't shop with Shopto anymore.

    -Open up website
-Wait for next page to load
-Remember the whole website is a flakey POS.
    -Close page.

How the hell can they maintain their business when their site barely works? The last 3 times I've been to it it's taken an age to navigate the pages.

Just a quick question as shopto cannot answer due to bank holiday.

I tried to buy something today and my card was declined a couple of times due to a fraud check. I phoned barclays and they said it went through three times and shopto need to decline two of theses ? the transaction never completed so this doesn't seem right and there is nothing in my orders ? does this sound correct ?

I prefer using Shopto over GAME, mainly because of the service is a lot better online. Plus it's cheaper too. I've hardly ever had an issue with Shopto, the last one was a few years ago when they shipped a copy of Snake Eater to my old address by accident. I guess someone didn't read the address right.
