    They are fun for the most part but he seems to be just doing sequels to his existing franchises. The Last Witch Hunter 2? A can understand another Riddick film though.

    Hes been cast in Avatar 2, which we all know will blow us all away and make 50 billion dollars! Just wait till those tracking numbers come in! :-) :-)

    I fancied him in fast and furious 1 so that counts for sure. Actually I want to check what year that came out as I clearly had bad taste that year.

    Edit, 19 years ago!!!

    His one attempt at non-action drama was actually pretty decent. Find Me Guilty.

    Im also probably the only person on the planet who kind of enjoyed Babylon AD, even if it was ultimately just Children of Men: Eastern Europe Edition.

    The Rock is no better really. At least his shit films are not a constant stream of sequels.

    And atleast the Rock has shit loads of charisma.

    The film by Michael Bay with Marky Mark and him was good. If you can ignore the true story behind it and how Bay made it a comedy.

    Pulp Fiction. 10/10. I must have seen this hundreds of times, it's still as good as ever. QT's best work by far imo.

    @askew. Hamilton tonight I think.

    I think I prefer Reservoir Dogs - though it is close. I've always wondered how RD would work as a stage play.

    It's been done on stage loads already.

    Incidentally, one of Tarantino's very worst performances as an actor was on stage, so if you think he's bad on film...

    Vin Diesel is a terrible actor but I kind of like him because he came from a Dungeons and Dragons and World of Warcraft background. I do like the Riddick films.

    And i quite like the Rock, he's done some very fun films and that's enough sometimes.

    I guess Vin is a terrible actor in that he doesn't really have much range, but he's good in the very specific kind of role that he's suited to.

    His best movies are about family. Particularly his fadda.

    @anephric Incidentally I once watched a great stage production of Get Carter in a tiny theatre in Plymouth, there was no stage, though the seats were staged, so you could effectively sit with the actors only a foot or two away, electrifying seeing punchups and really aggressive behaviour when up close, at least a few people in the first few rows got splattered with fake blood.
