It's a touch on the cold side. Page 3

I like cold. I prefer girls in scarves and coats then stupid sunglasses. I like, however, miniskirts.

I also look better in winter than summer. My natural insulation and hairiness suits it more.

I have come into work without a coat (other than my mac, since it was raining). At least tonight I'll be wearing a beer jacket.
I can confirm that 12ish units of alcohol plus a brisk walk is about right to compensate for the lack of a coat and an air temperature of 10 degrees (according to the met office - though take off a good couple for windchill)... just about.

I can also confirm it is bloody cold out there.

    This.

I'm much better at wearing layers than judging the warmth and whether I should wear a tshirt and a shirt or not.

I love autumn and winter but the lack of miniskirts is a huge drawback. However the cold does have one natural perk ... pert nipples :D

Get into bed with your clothes on and slowly adjust. It is proper nesh, I agree. I wish I could stop coughing long enough to sleep

    Well cold in my house.

It was bloody freezing today. I hate having the heating on during the day, but I came home for lunch today and I was just "brrrrrrr".

Also: coming home from work at 5.30 and having to put the lights on because it's already getting dark.

Fuck it, I am moving to the equator.

Fuckin' pussy. I still sleep with my windows open.

I can't sleep with the windows open, too noisy/distracting. I do sleep with a fan next to the bed still. I love the cold way more than summer though. The girlfriend is completely opposite, she was sitting with a blanket on yesterday. A BLANKET! It's only October.

There's nothing better than getting into a cold bed at night, you can make it comfortably warm instead of just annoying.

Am I at work? No. Then shorts and t-shirt it is.

Fuck you, winter! Your coldness means nothing.

Wait, windows open are too noisy / distracting but fan by the bed is ok?

We've started using our lectric blancket, and last night my wife was wearing the "sleeping bag from Moon" that I bought her around the house.

Our house is stupidly cold though.

I am trying to convince our landlord to let me fit secondary glazing. Otherwise I might have to get more cats.

Of course they're made from real bears. They go with my loafers made from former gophers ;)

The fan is a constant kind of white noise whereas outside is a social club with noisy people waiting for taxis and random traffic...and more drunken people walking down from the high street. I may get forced to turn it off if it gets colder though.

    Autumn \0/

Not quite hot water bottle and fingerless gloves at the computer, but getting there! I much prefer that to sweating.

The last 2 weeks of September and first 2 weeks of October are beautiful. Sunny, cool mornings and evenings - that after summer feeling.

    Now it's turning bleak.

I read an article saying Europe is going to have its coldest winter for 1000 years this year.

And we might have snow in the UK next week, already.
